Meet Brittany S. Johnson:

Founder & Principal Attorney

Ms. Brittany S. Johnson is not your traditional attorney. A proud native of Richmond, Virginia, she brings a unique intellectual background to the courtroom that sets her firm apart.

Before she was a lawyer, Ms. Johnson was a engineer. She is an alumna of the University of Virginia, where she successfully pursued a double major in Engineering Science and Physics. This rigorous academic foundation instilled in her a method of thinking that is rare in the legal field. Ms. Johnson approaches legal problems with the analytical precision of an engineer. Where others see chaos, she sees variables, structures, and solutions. This is particularly vital in our Personal Injury practice, where understanding the physics of an accident can be the key to proving liability.

Ms. Johnson earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law, graduating with a Certificate of Concentration in Intellectual Property. Her passion for the law is matched only by her understanding of the judicial system's inner workings.

Ms. Johnson’s legal acumen was sharpened through prestigious service within the Virginia and Federal court systems.

During law school, she served as a judicial intern to:

• The Honorable Henry E. Hudson (U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia)
• The Honorable Roderick C. Young (U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia)



Additionally, she completed internships at the Supreme Court of Virginia and the Virginia Attorney General’s Office. These experiences provided her with invaluable insight into how decisions are made behind the bench, allowing her to craft strategies that resonate with judges and yield results for her clients.
